FAQs

Welcome to Maestro Payment, an AI-powered contractor invoicing and payment management solution that puts you in control of your global contractor payment.
It’s fast and accurate – on every transaction.

Maestro Payment provides a simplified, faster, and secure way to pay your global contractors, saving you valuable time, and eliminating manual, error-prone payment mistakes.

With easy contractor onboarding, activity review, payment approval and tracking, multiple payment transfer options, and seamless integration with your HR, accounting, and time tracking solutions, you’ll gain full visibility and control over global payments.

Working with Maestro is simple and takes only a few minutes –

  1. Start by registering your business in Maestro
  2. Invite your contractor to register directly from your Maestro dashboard
  3. Your contractors will be able to automatically generate invoices, or you can do it for them using Maestro’s customizable templates
  4. Review/approve invoices and send payments

Once you approve a payment, Maestro will wire transfer the funds internationally via your contractor’s preferred payment method. In Maestro, they can choose how they would like to receive payment (e.g., bank transfer, Wise, Payoneer, PayPal).

To accelerate the process, Maestro offers simple, semi-automated payment approval workflows and tracking, ensuring accurate payment on every transaction.

For international payments, there are no wire transfer fees for payments made to vendors in their local currency. If you choose to send payment in US dollars (USD), Maestro converts the amount using the published Foreign Exchange (FX) rate on the date of the transaction.

Your invoice will display the payment transfer charges in your preferred billing currency. The FX rate used will be visible in the invoice breakdown on your Maestro dashboard.

Important Note: When you send payments internationally in USD, some banks may charge your contractors an additional fee. Maestro has no control over these fees when you send payments in USD.

Paying global contractors with Maestro is fast. Once you approve an invoice, your contractor generally receives payment the same day, up to 3 business days. Maestro notifies your contractors about the payment via email, and they can also log in to their Maestro account to track payment status.
